Wish you had a through hole on the connector like many other manufacturers. It is really nice to have this and then it become easier to make no mistakes
Worked well for me. Use the "load plate", the little piece in the following way. Do not sweat about having all the wires in a straight line at this point in time. Keep the flat end to the bottom and if you are following standard color scheme, insert the white-color wires in the hole in order, then push the colored wire in order. Push the load plate as close to the solid cable as possible. Now that the load plate is in place, cut the wires to be straight - if can keep the end of the "unsleeved cable" to the end of the individual wires at 0.5 in, you will have a great connection with the outer insulation also going into the connector. This will help the individual cables to not break due to bending
